Bike Smart have a range of motorbikes that we use for the various courses that we use. We have mopeds, 125's and 500cc motorcycles so that people that want to learn to different levels are able to ride a bike that is appropriate for the licence they are wanting to target. Here you are able to see the motorcycle that you will be learning on. Please note: we do also have new and used motorbikes for sale and so either contact Bike Smart to see what is available.
The bikes at Bike Smart are also available for motorcycle hire, this is often a popular choice for students that having completed the CBT and would like a bit more time on a motorcycle before moving on to complete either the A2 restricted licence or DAS Course (Direct Access Scheme).
For those that are completing the Compulsary Basic Training Course (CBT) have the options of riding either the Ajs 125cc Geared bike or the Bike Smart Moped. Those that choose to complete the A2 restricted Licence will complete that course on the Ajs 125cc Geared bike, then finally the people selecting to complete the Direct Access Scheme (DAS) will start on the 125 cc bike before moving onto the 500cc Larger motorbike in their training and then finally for their test.
